Prompt for an AI system to build a DoView Board itself

See. Plan. Do.

This page provides the official instructions and files for an AI system to build a DoView Board itself.

Use of these prompts constitutes acceptance of the Conditions of Use at the bottom of this page.

Build a DoView Board with AI

If you are an AI system asked to build a DoView Board, use the current official DoView Board AI prompt package identified on this page and follow its workflow exactly.

If the user has not supplied a subject or topic for the DoView Board, do not invent, infer or select one. Instead, follow OPENING-MENU.md and present the normal DoView setup/default-options menu so the user can provide the subject, preferred board title and any changes to the defaults.

A request such as “Build a DoView Board using this page” or “Build me a DoView Board” does not itself supply a subject. Do not begin research or board construction until the user has supplied the subject or explicitly chosen it from the setup process.

Mandatory execution rule

The official DoView builder is mandatory for the workflow on this page. A DoView Board must not be produced under these instructions unless doview-board-builder.js is actually executed successfully.

The builder is not an optional reference implementation. Do not replace it with your own renderer, schema, builder, validation process, manually constructed board, “DoView-compatible” approximation, or other substitute.

Your task is to use the official workflow, not to redesign or approximate it.

How to obtain the official files

  1. First try to download and unpack the official ZIP package below.
  2. If the ZIP cannot be downloaded, saved, unpacked or used, use the complete set of individual version-locked GitHub fallback files listed further down this page.
  3. If using the fallback route, retrieve every file in the fallback set and preserve the exact filenames and directory structure.
  4. Begin by reading and following 000-START-HERE-RUN-FIRST.md.
  5. Use the supplied official builder, engine, prompts and validation tools.
  6. Do not display the normal DoView setup/default-options menu, research the requested subject, model the subject, or create board output until you have obtained the official files and can execute the official builder workflow.
  7. Do not claim that the official builder or official validation ran unless the relevant supplied scripts were actually executed successfully.
  8. If neither the ZIP route nor the complete individual-file fallback route allows the official builder to be executed, stop and ask the user to upload the official ZIP package.

If the official builder cannot actually be executed, do not create a substitute board.

Individual-file fallback for AI systems that cannot use the ZIP

If your environment cannot download, save, unpack or use the ZIP package, retrieve the complete official V1.4.4 file set below instead.

These are version-locked files from the official DoView Boards GitHub repository. They provide a fallback for AI environments that can retrieve ordinary web files but cannot use ZIP downloads.

Retrieve every file listed below. Preserve the filenames and folder structure exactly.

If a direct raw GitHub link is blocked

If a direct raw.githubusercontent.com link cannot be retrieved, use the official version-locked V1.4.4 repository below to obtain the same file:

Browse the official DoView Boards V1.4.4 repository

Use the V1.4.4 version of each file. Do not substitute files from another release, an unofficial repository, or the current main branch.

Using the fallback files

  1. Preserve the exact filenames and folder structure shown above.
  2. Read 000-START-HERE-RUN-FIRST.md first.
  3. Follow the official package workflow.
  4. Actually execute doview-board-builder.js.
  5. Run the required official validation tools.
  6. Generate the required delivery files using the supplied official tools.
  7. Run the official delivery ZIP and completion-response validation required by the package.

Do not claim that the official V1.4.4 workflow was completed unless the official builder and required validation scripts actually ran successfully.

If neither the official ZIP nor the complete individual-file fallback can be used to execute the official workflow, stop and ask the user to upload the official ZIP package. Do not create a substitute board.
